Shipping

• Magnetic name badges will be processed and shipped to each location within one week of ordering.
• Employee TeamWear orders are placed in a queue and processed by the Marketing Department at least monthly. When the whole order is submitted, items will be shipped to each location within two-three weeks.

Returns

• If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please interoffice it to Marketing at the Olympia Office and order a replacement item online. Please be sure to make a note on the new order not to charge you for the replacement item to ensure you aren’t charged twice. If you would like to return your item for a refund, please email the Marketing Group.
