Name Plate (for offices and cubicles only)

Name plates should only be ordered for offices and cubicles where there is already a name plate holder installed for display. If there is not a name plate holder installed where the name plate will be displayed, please open a facilities ticket to request one.

NOTE: In order to reduce costs, all name plate orders will be held until there are at least 10 name plates to process. To inquire about the status of your name plate, please open a marketing ticket.
